– Logistics & Availability: Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle. Full-time availability is required, with an incorporation date in January 2026.
– Experience & Program Requirements: Maximum of 2 years of professional experience in the sector. Candidates must be available for travel and temporary residence abroad during the 12-month program. Key soft skills required include Adaptability, Resilience, Proactivity, Initiative, Communication, and Leadership.
💼Funciones:
› Core Engineering: Parametrize dimensional factors for components (Bracket/Caliper). Optimize Kassandra software for porosity prediction and use Magma for predicting slag formation and running HOT SPOT simulations.
› Design & Modeling: Support the quotation process (thermal moduli calculation), prepare 2D/3D designs (feeder designs), and modify part or tool 3D models for reviews and presentations.
› Data Validation: Correlate Magma simulation data with real casting results, support casting/simulation trials, and assist with data collection and rejection reporting.
› Continuous Improvement: Analyze production waste across plants and actively participate in cross-functional CI teams (Quality, Logistics, Production, Maintenance) to reduce waste and create CI management tools (reports, templates, documentation).

Customer & Corrective Actions (CAPA): Track customer claims and their action plans. Monitor all Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) from plant quality indicators, external, and internal audits.
› QMS & New Projects: Manage APQP documentation for new projects. Support the maintenance of the Group’s Quality Management System (QMS), updating documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, Procedures) in line with IATF 16949 requirements, and help standardize improvement actions across plants.
